Employee Assistance Program
Employee Assistance Program
For the third year in a row, we’ve continued our Employee Assistance Program, providing an annual financial balance that employees can use for professional psychotherapy sessions with Rozmova specialists. The program is available to our colleagues in Ukraine, who may need additional support due to the ongoing war.

Mental Health Month
Mental Health Month
We also dedicated October as Mental Health Month, a time to highlight the importance of self-care. Throughout the month, we encouraged our people to put their well-being first and provided opportunities to learn and act.
We also dedicated October as Mental Health Month, a time to highlight the importance of self-care. Throughout the month, we encouraged our people to put their well-being first and provided opportunities to learn and act.
We hosted a webinar with psychotherapist Annie May, “AI & Mindfulness: Practical Tools for Self-Care,” exploring how technology can support — but never replace — human connection.
Also, we released a special episode of our "CTzens' Talks" podcast, where our teammates spoke honestly about stress, burnout, and resilience – and what helps them cope, from therapy to small daily rituals.
In addition, we launched the Mind & Body Reset Challenge — a 21-day initiative designed to help CTzens strengthen their mental balance through small daily actions. Participants could choose their focus: Digital Detox, Movement, Daily Meditation, or Health Boost (hydration or sleep). The challenge was not just about caring for yourself — it was also about caring for others. For every completed challenge, Customertimes donated $30, plus $1 for each day of participation — up to $51 per person — to support the "School for Everyone" project by the Seeing with the Heart foundation.
During this initiative, our teammates also shared personal stories about how their hobbies help them care for their mental health.

Running Club
Running Club
To further promote physical well-being, we launched the CT Run Club in 2025 — an initiative to bring together CTzens who love running and inspire one another to move more and live healthier. So far, we’ve organized two global challenges:
CT Charity Run — 50+ CTzens tracked over 1,930 km, helping raise funds for the Kosmotabir project by the Seeing with the Heart foundation, supporting an inclusive summer camp for children and youth with disabilities in Ukraine.
Around the World in Motion — 19 CTzens from 12 countries joined in, sharing their local surroundings, energy, and positivity with the global CT community.

CT-WIN
This year, we also launched CT WIN (Women Innovating & Networking Group) — our first global, company-wide program dedicated to supporting, uniting, and empowering women at Customertimes.
CT WIN provides an inclusive space where women can grow their skills, build confidence, and advance their careers. The initiative covers key topics such as leadership and career development, work-life balance, imposter syndrome and burnout, and communication and negotiation skills.
Through its three workstreams — Educate, Activate, and Advocate — CT WIN focuses on developing skills through mentorship and educational webinars, empowering women through community and networking, strengthening workplace equity and anti-discrimination practices.

“I’m really glad I joined this program. My mentor’s support has been very helpful to me as I’ve figured out how to enjoy my work while still having time and energy for learning, sports, and other fun things. I appreciate the program for the feeling of support and inspiration.”

Meet Manu,
our CT mascot
In 2025, we proudly introduced our very own team mascot — Manu, a Pallas’s cat. According to the legend, Manu joined Customertimes and became a CTzen, embodying the values that define our culture: trust and collaboration, curiosity and continuous learning, diversity and inclusion, and a healthy balance between work and life.
Manu has become an integral part of our internal community — welcoming newcomers, joining company events and learning initiatives, celebrating milestones along our CT journey, and much more.
As a mascot, Manu unites our global remote team, bringing inspiration and good vibes. To give back and reflect our commitment to making a positive impact, Customertimes has symbolically adopted two real Pallas’s cats — Pazi from Potter Park Zoo (Michigan, USA) and Pema from Calgary Zoo (Alberta, Canada). Our financial contribution supports high-quality care, improved zoo habitats, and research and conservation programs that help protect this rare species in the wild.

Recognizing contributions
As a global company with CTzens based all around the world, it’s essential to have a clear and consistent recognition system — one that makes everyone feel valued for their contributions to our shared success.
CT Recognition Program

This year, we launched a global Recognition Program with transparent, structured, and equal conditions for all. The program allows employees to earn CT Points for their achievements, milestones, and teamwork — and redeem them for branded merch and gifts in the CT Brand Store, our exclusive online shop. Our store offers a wide selection of CT-branded items — T-shirts, hoodies, raincoats, drinkware, backpacks, travel bags, and even AirPods cases — with worldwide delivery available.
Currently, the program includes four types of recognition: Milestone Recognition, Learning & Development, Brand Advocacy, and Recognition from Leaders.

CT Spark Awards
In addition, this year we introduced the annual CT Spark Awards, where teammates can nominate colleagues for their meaningful contributions — regardless of gender, location, or years at CT.
The awards included five categories: CT Spark, Quality Ninja, and Customer Centricity Icon (nominated by employees), as well as Master of Cross Sales and The Mission Possible Team (nominated by management). As a result, 85 individuals and 10 teams were recognized.
Connecting across the globe
In a globally distributed team, meaningful connections are essential. Throughout the year, we organized a mix of online and in-person events to bring CTzens together, no matter where they are in the world.
Live team gatherings
Fostering a sense of belonging across our global team remains one of our key priorities. In 2025, CTzens came together for live winter and spring gatherings, reconnecting and celebrating teamwork beyond screens. From Poland to Ukraine, Serbia to France, Georgia to Latvia, these in-person events strengthened our bonds, bringing colleagues closer and reinforcing the spirit of unity that defines Customertimes.
Games and celebrations
Our regular online activities help us stay connected across time zones — from the New Year radio broadcast to interactive sessions that spark conversation and laughter.
Winter MagiCTime
For the second year in a row, we celebrated the holiday season with our Winter MagiCTime campaign — a global initiative designed to bring joy and connection across our distributed team. The campaign featured a festive calendar filled with games, quizzes, and surprises, creating moments of fun and togetherness. Its highlight, MagiCTime Radio, united CTzens worldwide for over an hour of winter music, laughter, and interactive activities that strengthened our sense of community.

Online games

During the whole year, we engage the team in online challenges and games that help us unwind and recharge. This year, CTzens played chess on International Chess Day, joined the intellectual SmartTime Quiz, tested their detective skills in The Business Theft game, and explored the world through a GeoGuessr tournament.
Local celebrations
At Customertimes, we value the local traditions that make our global culture so vibrant and diverse. This year, we joined our teams in celebrating moments like Tłusty Czwartek in Poland, Vyshyvanka Day, and Independence Day in Ukraine. These celebrations reflect our commitment to honoring authenticity and supporting the traditions that bring our people closer together.

Take Your Pet to Work Week
From June 16 to 21, we celebrate Take Your Pet to Work Week — a special time to recognize the incredible bonds between our CTzens and their beloved pets. Our teammates shared their pet love stories: how the furry companions changed their lives and what everyday unconditional love means.
