Supporting communities

Giving back to the communities we belong to is an important aspect of our responsibility. In collaboration with our partners or local charities, we can contribute to meaningful cases – supporting medical research, helping kids and people in need.

TrailblazeMS Charity Hockey Game

TrailblazeMS Charity Hockey Game

As a Salesforce partner, we supported their inaugural TrailblazeMS Charity Hockey Game. The game took place on February 22, 2025, bringing together the Salesforce Lightning — a team of Salesforce employees — and the Boston Bruins Alumni. The event united the technology, healthcare, and hockey communities to accelerate research on multiple sclerosis (MS).

Customertimes was proud to serve as the Dynasty Centerpiece Sponsor and After-Game Reception Title Sponsor. As a result, the event raised over $55,000 for MS research and support programs.

We’re happy to back initiatives that align with our innovative spirit — and to see how corporate partnerships can drive meaningful change in our communities.

Chestnut Run

Chestnut Run

In May, our team once again joined the Chestnut Run, Ukraine’s largest and longest-running charity race. The event raises funds for the Center for Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, helping children with congenital heart conditions receive the treatment they need.

This year marked our third consecutive participation. Our teammates in Kyiv ran together in person, while others joined remotely from Paris, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Lviv. Customertimes was one of 161 companies that took part in the event. We donated on behalf of every participant — whether running in Kyiv or independently — contributing to life-changing care for children across Ukraine. In total, the organizers raised over $47,000 for kids.

Secret Santa for kids

Secret Santa for kids

Another meaningful initiative that has become a company tradition is the Secret Santa project, organized by the “Future of the Nation” foundation. For the second year in a row, CTzens became Secret Santas for 40 children from Ukraine, fulfilling their dream gifts — from books and LEGO sets to toys and games. Through care and kindness, our team helped bring joy and a bit of holiday magic to kids who need it most.

Standing with Ukraine

Standing with Ukraine

With part of our team based in Ukraine, we cannot remain indifferent to the challenges people face during wartime. That’s why much of our charitable focus is dedicated to supporting Ukraine.

Customertimes has stood with Ukraine since the beginning of the war. In March 2022, we launched the Give Back to Ukraine fund, an initiative to support those who have been impacted by the war. It is used to support our team’s volunteer efforts and local charities on the ground, providing assistance to Ukrainian defenders, children, and those in need

Helping defenders and communities

Helping defenders and communities

In February, we received a request from a colleague to support Ukrainian defenders with warm clothing. Using $2,400 from our internal fund, we purchased 38 fleece jackets. With the help of our teammate, the jackets were delivered directly to defenders in Ukraine.

With 10 colleagues currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, we continue to support them not only financially but also through thoughtful gestures. On Ukraine’s Defender’s Day, we traditionally sent each of them a small gift from Customertimes — a warm wool hat and hand and foot warmers.

In 2025, we continued to provide laptops and monitors to Ukrainian defenders and educational organizations in response to colleague requests. Throughout the year, we donated more than 20 laptops and monitors to various military units. Additionally, we upgraded the computer labs of a village school in the Kyiv region with 10 new monitors and donated 15 tablets to a children’s shelter in Zhytomyr.

“CT Stands with Ukraine”

Our teammates also stay united through an internal community chat called “CT Stands with Ukraine.” Created at the start of the war, it remains an open space where CTzens organize fundraisers and provide targeted support to their relatives, friends, and communities across Ukraine.

In honor of Ukraine’s Independence Day, we held a charity auction among CTzens. Our colleagues donated personal items — from paintings to homemade sweets — and all proceeds were directed to fulfill requests shared in the chat. It’s an example of how our solidarity creates a real impact.

“I admire CT's social initiatives and always try to participate it truly makes a difference! For instance, Chestnut Run, blood donations, or our internal Teams channel, where colleagues support each other in fundraising for Ukrainian defenders' needs.”

Together with Seeing with the Heart:

  • “Kosmotabir”. In April, we supported this inclusive summer camp for children and youth with disabilities in Ukraine. This contribution was driven by CTzens’ participation. We launched a special CT Charity Run — a global challenge where each kilometer tracked by teammates translated into a company donation. Teammates raised $1,312, and Customertimes increased the total donation to $5,000.

  • “School for Everyone”. In May and November, we donated to this online educational program for adolescents and youth with complex developmental disorders. The program helps children access education, improves social adaptation and independence, and strengthens psychological resilience. The November donation was part of our internal Mental Health Month initiative, where CTzens completed a 21-day challenge focused on digital detox, movement, meditation, or health habits. For their dedication to caring for their mental health and completing the challenges, Customertimes contributed $5,000.
