AI Project Factory

We strive to stay at the forefront of AI innovation while also taking data security seriously. That's why we developed our own solution: AI Project Factory.

It’s a secure, enterprise-grade AI assistant tailored specifically to our internal ecosystem. The AI Project Factory is integrated with our MCP server and connects seamlessly with platforms like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and others. It enables users to read and create data across these systems, save charts and prompts, and access six different corporate LLMs.

Unlike public AI tools, this solution operates entirely within our corporate infrastructure, ensuring that all interactions with internal data remain secure. It's a powerful step forward in combining innovation with responsibility — empowering CTzens to work smarter, faster, and safer.

CT AI Hackathons

CT AI Hackathons

We're committed to advancing AI solutions for our clients and projects, fostering innovation, and continuously upskilling our people in AI tools and methodologies.

To support this mission, we introduced a new format — CT AI Hackathon: a dynamic, hands-on challenge where big ideas are transformed into working prototypes that solve real business problems.

These hackathons gave CTzens the opportunity to build bold, practical, and innovative AI-powered solutions. The most impactful projects were recognized and rewarded with prize money. Participation was open to all CTzens — regardless of their role, background, or level of technical expertise — offering everyone a chance to dive in, experiment, learn, and create something meaningful.

Industry Knowledge portal

Industry Knowledge portal

We know that delivering real value goes beyond offering solutions — it requires a deep understanding of how industries operate, what drives them forward, and where they face challenges.

To support this, we launched the Industry Knowledge Portal — a centralized resource designed to help CTzens build a strong grasp of the business environments we serve. Whether someone is just starting out or already has years of experience, the portal offers accessible, relevant content tailored to different levels of expertise.

Each page provides an overview of the industry — Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, CPG, Insurance, and Software — along with insights into key players and market structures, common client pain points, a comprehensive glossary of terms, and interactive quizzes to reinforce learning.

By deepening their industry knowledge, CTzens are better equipped to align their work with client goals, anticipate project needs, contribute strategically, and drive innovation and success across engagements.

Participants spent several weeks learning how companies operate, solving real business cases, and stepping into roles like marketers, managers, and strategists.

We introduced them to Customertimes in a clear, engaging way and challenged them to evaluate our Instagram page from a Gen Z perspective — asking what attracts them, what doesn't, and whether they’d want to work for a company presented that way.

We are proud to participate in projects like this, which help shape a new generation of founders, analysts, designers, and R&D researchers who, in 5–10–15 years, will be driving the future of the tech world.
